Danja Haslacher (* 21. Dezember 1970) ist gebürtige Thalgauerin und seit einigen Jahren erfolgreich im Behindertensport
Biographie
Danja Haslacher wird am 21. Dezember 1970 in Thalgau geboren. Sie besucht die Volks - und die Hauptschule, sowie den Polytechnischen Lehrgang. Danja Haslacher verfügt über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Einzelhandelskauffrau. Seit 1989 ist sie auch bautechnische Zeichnerin.
Unfall
Bei einem Motorradunfall auf dem Weg zur Arbeit am 10. Juni 1988 verliert Danja Haslacher ihren linken Unterschenkel. Sie verbringt acht Wochen im Unfallkrankenhaus Salzburg, davon drei auf der Intensivstation. Anschließend verreist Danja Haslacher zu Kur nach Bad Häring. In der Pause zwischen den Therapien bleibt genug Zeit, um den Führerschein zu machen.
Sportliche Karriere
In der Saison 1994/1995 beginnt die sportliche Karriere von Danja Haslacher. Sie fährt stehend in der Kategorie LW2 (hängt vom Grad der Behinderung ab).
