==Leben==
Er war Sohn von Josef Seiwald und dessen Frau Barbara, geborene Pointner und wurde am [[7. Februar]] [[1892]] zum Priester geweiht. Von 1903 bis zu seinem Tod 1944 war er [[Pfarrer von Kleinarl|Pfarrer in Kleinarl]].
Zuvor war er Kooperator in [[Gnigl]] 1892/93 und [[Unken]] 1892/93, Provisor in Unken 1894 und von 1894 bis 1899 Kooperator ebenda. In [[Straßwalchen]] bekleidete er dieses Amt bis 1903, danach wurde er Pfarrer in Kleinarl.
In seiner Amtszeit fand [[1905]] eine Renovierung der [[Pfarrkirche zum hl. Laurentius in Kleinarl|Pfarrkirche zum hl. Laurentius ]] statt.
