Hannes [[Stiegler]] und Prof. Mag. DDr. Horst Wiesner gegründet. Es befand sich im Haus[[ Gstättengasse]] Nr. 9 im ersten Stock und war eines der ersten Nachhilfeinstitute in der Stadt Salzburg. Das Lerninstitut wurde als Gesellschaft nach bürglerlichem Recht betrieben. Die wichtigsten Geschäftsfelder waren Einzel- und Gruppennachhilfe für Schüler sowie Sommerkurse.
